Corinne Hood Greene provides employees and employers with practical legal representation and counseling in all matters pertaining to Employment Law in Massachusetts. She provides cost-effective advice and attempts to resolve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. She works with employers and employees to enact solutions to promote a positive work environment and minimize legal disputes in the workplace.
Corinne provides legal representation to employers and employees in employment related cases including: Employment Discrimination (i.e., race, sex, disability, pregnancy, child carer status, and age discrimination); Sexual Harassment; Family Medical Leave Act, Retaliation; Wrongful Discharge; Whistleblower and Wage and Hour claims.
Corinne also provides counsel in negotiating severance agreements, performance management, performing workplace investigations, drafting and reviewing employment contracts and handbooks, and facilitating workplace training programs.
Before Greene & Hafer, Corinne had her own solo employment law practice and was an associate at one of Boston’s premier employment law firms. While living overseas in Australia she was a Senior Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers Australia where she provided advice and solutions to management and employees on workplace issues. Corinne has also completed the MCAD’s Certified Train-the-Trainer Course.
Corinne is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of Massachusetts and the State of Vermont.
