Michele Camarota Walsh

Michele Camarota Walsh joins the firm as Of Counsel, bringing over a decade of litigation experience. After graduating from Boston University School of Law, she worked for several prominent Boston law firms, concentrating her practice in the fields of premises liability, construction and employment.

Michele has represented both employers and employees, including several municipalities and large corporations managing employees at facilities across the northeast. In this role, she has provided pre-litigation counsel and conducted investigations into accident and employment matters of all types. She is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts State Courts, as well as the US District Court where she has represented employees in discrimination, retaliation and wrongful discharge cases.

In addition to her litigation experience, Michele brings the perspective of an entrepreneur and small business owner. She has a background in real estate and property development, and is well versed in Massachusetts landlord and tenant regulations. An active member of her community, she serves on its education facilities planning and building committee. She is also an active fundraiser for local 501(c)(3) charities, in which she regularly volunteers in leadership roles.
